These Terms govern your use of Fernly. By using Fernly, you agree to these Terms.

Who Provides Fernly Fernly is provided by Frontier Labs.

Apple Standard EULA Fernly is licensed through the Apple App Store. Unless a separate written agreement applies, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Using Fernly Fernly helps you identify plants, scan possible plant issues, save plant records, track care tasks, and receive informational plant-care guidance. You are responsible for checking results before acting on them.

Accounts You must use a supported sign-in method, such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, private, non-plant, or infringing content.
Upload photos containing people, private documents, addresses, or sensitive surroundings.
Attempt to access another user’s data.
Bypass rate limits, subscription checks, or security controls.
Reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse Fernly.
Use Fernly for unlawful or unsafe purposes.

Plant Photos and User Content You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant Fernly the permission needed to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content to provide app features, support, security, analytics, and service improvement.

AI and Plant-Care Disclaimer Fernly uses automated systems to provide plant identification, diagnosis, and care guidance. Results may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific plant or environment. Fernly is not a substitute for professional agricultural, botanical, medical, veterinary, toxicology, or safety advice.

Subscriptions Fernly may offer Premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple. Premium access is provided while your subscription remains active. Deleting your Fernly account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Account Deletion You may permanently delete your Fernly account from Profile. Account deletion removes your account data, saved plants, care history, diagnosis records, and uploaded plant photos. This action cannot be restored. App Store subscriptions must be managed separately through Apple.

No Warranty Fernly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that Fernly will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that plant identification or diagnosis results will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fernly and [LEGAL OWNER] are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for plant loss, property damage, personal injury, or decisions made based on Fernly guidance.
